Upon procedures such as recommendation, application and expert review, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has determined the list of national pilot enterprises for the implementation of the informatization-industrialization integration management system through selection. A total of three enterprises in Taizhou made the list, including Linhai Group (Linhai).

　　In recent years, Linhai has attached great importance to "informatization-industrialization" integration. By implementing various information management systems and straightening out the corporate business process, Linhai has broken the barriers between departments, reduced inventory investment, improved on-time delivery and increased production efficiency by over 30 percent; by using CAD technology in product design, Linhai has improved the innovation ability of designers; by introducing automation production equipment such as welding robots and machining centers, Linhai has improved the automation level of the production process, greatly improved the production and machining capacity of workshops, reduced production cost, and achieved good economic benefit.

　　The application for the status of the pilot enterprise for the implementation of the informatization-industrialization integration management system is another move of Linhai after it was honored as Jiangsu's provincial model enterprise for informatization-industrialization integration in 2015. This marks that Linhai's work on informatization-industrialization integration has entered a new stage.
